In addition, the function will collaborate with local leaders and support teams to focus on proactively improving the partner experience across North America by implementing the most significant strategic partner and store initiatives, utilizing analytics and data to generate insights, and advocating for all partners.<\/p>\n Knowledge of contract administration, contract negotiation, collective bargaining, grievance procedures, and the relationships between management and labor familiarity with the most recent major employment and labor laws, including the ADA, FMLA, National Labor Relations Act, and Taft-Hartley.<\/p>\n develops and leads a team of managers and partners from different functional areas.
