and\/or human resources, including the following:<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with benefits plans (e.g., ERISA, IRS, HIPAA, ACA) and federal and state employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FLSA), paid sick leave, and other laws pertaining to leaves; resiliency and comfort taking initiative;<\/li>\n<li>Writing and speaking skills that are confident, concise, and accurate;<\/li>\n<li>Professionalism and
