This position reports to the Director of Employee Benefits and is a full-time, salaried, and exempt position.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NOTE: A current r\u00e9sum\u00e9 and a cover letter outlining the applicant&#8217;s particular interest in the position, relevant experience, and desired salary are required for consideration for this position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Among the duties are, but are not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partakes and helps with SAP HR data framework (HRIS) gatherings, updates, preparing, and instruction. Recognizes, proposes, and executes progressing process enhancements and strategy changes.<\/li>\n<li>facilitates the resolution of system-related issues by serving as a liaison with the Information Systems department and external vendors.<\/li>\n<li>accountable for the testing, configuration, patches, and upgrades of SAP, Kronos, the Benefits Enrollment System, and any other applicable benefits or human resources systems.<\/li>\n<li>for all Benefits Plans, Paid Time Off Benefits, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and State Leave of Absence Laws, writes code and configuration programming in SAP and Kronos.<\/li>\n<li>consults with end users to ascertain the requirements for the system&#8217;s functional specification and to implement and resolve system changes as they occur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>develops and implements a testing strategy, testing scripts, patches, and adjustments to the current system configuration. Guarantees that documentation of the framework set-up is current consistently.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>serves as a backup for the Life, Optional Life, and Long Term Disability Plans&#8217; monthly billing.<\/li>\n<li>liable for EEO-1 reporting, annual audits, and other related responsibilities as assigned, such as census reports, various queries, and Excel reports.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Organization Management, which includes evaluating job codes, workers&#8217; compensation codes, and EEO categories, setting up new locations and creating positions, moving or changing locations and positions, and so on.<\/li>\n<li>keeps up with legislative developments and how they affect current benefit plans and schemes.<\/li>\n<li>Gives counsel on the impact of genuine or expected changes in regulation connected with worker advantage and HR rehearses.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to the creation of project requirement documents for submission to the Information Systems and Projects teams.<\/li>\n<li>teaches employees about benefits and HR systems and informs staff and employees about changes.<\/li>\n<li>reports on a whim for the Benefits, Leave of Absence, Human Resources, and Legal departments as required.<\/li>\n<li>creates and gives face-to-face presentations to various employee groups to simplify complicated benefits and HR issues.<\/li>\n<li>demonstrates sound judgment
