Support requests will include, but are not limited to, technical parts questions, quote, procurement, and ordering of spare parts. Works with other Textron Aviation organizations\/functional areas to develop and maintain a relationship with current and prospective Customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>May be responsible for additional TAPD activities during off-shift coverage to include vendor expedites, factory expedites, and various other aspects of the business by coordinating closely with those TAPD areas upon their return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/Textron\">COORDINATOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT &#8211; MELBOURNE<\/a><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>After hours monitoring of customer accounts for PAR status. Perform release verification per accounting flow chart.<\/li>\n<li>Help setup freight forwarder for international customers with customer account team.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for training and guiding Sales Coordinators<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates tie-in between 1st shift and off shift coordinators to ensure AOG orders are being monitor and meeting shipping timeline.<\/li>\n<li>Review current training programs and process and work to improve and streamline process<\/li>\n<li>Provide daily activity report to the managers.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate\/collaborate with the customer to identify and prioritize training needs.<\/li>\n<li>Provide quality standards training to employees.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and initiate training resulting from workmanship related issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/Textron\">COORDINATOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT &#8211; MELBOURNE<\/a><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Requires high school education or equivalent plus general knowledge of aircraft parts and blueprint reading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a05 years of relative aftermarket, customer service, or manufacturing experience required.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0Aircraft experience is beneficial.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0SAP experience preferred.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to read, understand and analyze illustrated parts catalogs, overhaul manuals, and aircraft engine manuals.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a working knowledge of US export\/import regulations and trade agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/Textron\">COORDINATOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT &#8211; MELBOURNE<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><em>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this job.
