What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n

For manufacturers, our engineered fastening business meets assembly challenges around the world with innovative, customized and integrated solutions and systems.<\/p>\n

For oil and gas companies, we provide equipment and services for virtually every aspect of onshore and offshore pipeline construction and inspection. And for heavy construction and demolition, our family of powerful mounted and handheld hydraulic products are the undisputed leader in rebuilding infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Snr. Customer Service<\/a><\/h4>\n

Specifically, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Order and system management<\/p>\n

\u2022 Collect customer order and negotiate delivery time based on customer requirement and inventory fulfillment<\/p>\n

\u2022 System operation\/data maintenance in SBD & customers’ systems, such as order confirmation<\/p>\n

\u2022 Work with various departments to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time<\/p>\n

2. Status tracking and feedback<\/p>\n

\u2022 Scope incl. FC to order, order to delivery, delivery to shipment, consignment inventory<\/p>\n

\u2022 Timely feedback and support of various orders problems<\/p>\n

3. Bill to cash mgmt.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Reconciling with customers, billing, and cooperating with related departments to improve DSO<\/p>\n

4. Sales support:<\/p>\n

\u2022 act as an interface of customer requirements and complains to provide feedback and solution<\/p>\n

5. Sales forecast driving<\/p>\n

\u2022 Closely cooperate with customers and sales team to collect sales forecast and market info.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Monitoring and analyzing customer demand forecasts and order changes, and raise hand to warn of abnormal demand fluctuations<\/p>\n

\u2022 Integrate FC into template to deliver to DP<\/p>\n

6. Others<\/p>\n

\u2022 Visit customer premises when required<\/p>\n

1. Diploma degree minimum preferably with major in commercial etc.<\/p>\n

2. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin<\/p>\n

3. Customer Focused with at least 5 years in a similar position of automotive industry.<\/p>\n

4. Team management experience is a plus.<\/p>\n

5. Proficient in office software and ERP system<\/p>\n

6. Knowledge of IATF16949, QC080000, AS9100and HSF is preferred<\/p>\n

7. Team spirit<\/p>\n

8. Strong execution<\/p>\n
