Job description<\/h3>\n\n\nWe are looking for a passionate and driven\u00a0Team Assistant\/Candidate Care Specialist\u00a0<\/b>to join the Talent Acquisition team here at Stryker in\u00a0Sydney.<\/b><\/p>\n

The successful applicant with be pivotal to\u00a0facilitating interviewing and bringing diverse talent<\/b>\u00a0onto the Stryker team.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The mission of the Candidate Care Specialist is to help ensure all Stryker candidates receive a positive recruiting experience regardless if an offer is extended. The scope of the position is support of recruiting efforts for Stryker South Pacific (Australia and New Zealand).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Responsibilities include:<\/b><\/p>\nTeam Assistant – Talent Acquisition<\/a><\/h5>\nCandidate Care<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Responsible for supporting our TA team in creating positive Candidate Experience during the recruitment process.<\/li>\n
- Ownership of all scheduling and communication for interviews between hiring manager\/Stryker and candidates across the region.<\/li>\n
- Working on related projects in Candidate Care in region for service delivery and continuous process improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\n
Talent Acquisition<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Handling contract administration, payments and Workday set up with external recruitment firms.<\/li>\n
- Owning the background and reference check process.<\/li>\n
- Supporting Recruiters with job postings and CV screening when needed.<\/li>\n
- Assisting with the launch and execution of Recruitment marketing campaigns when needed<\/li>\n
- Assist with planning and execution of physical\/virtual hiring events (i.e. campus recruitment)<\/li>\n
- May work with recruiters throughout the candidate lifecycle, up to and including: interview training and techniques, participating in career fairs, recruiting opportunities for lower level roles (under the guidance of a Stryker recruiter), and participating in strategy sessions with recruiters and hiring managers.<\/li>\n
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Team Assistant – Talent Acquisition<\/a><\/h5>\nCompliance<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Will be responsible for correctly following all Stryker recruitment processes and documenting activity in designated system(s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\n
Training<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Will work with new Candidate Care Specialists and TA team members to train them to global CCS standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\n
Skills & experience:<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent qualification by degree and related work experience required.<\/li>\n
- Excellent time management skills are a must \u2013 this role will have a large degree of juggling calendars and problem solving.<\/li>\n
- Strong interpersonal skills including communication (via phone, e-mail, instant messaging, etc)<\/li>\n
- Ability to multitask and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision<\/li>\n
- Ability and comfort to communicate and build relationships at all levels of candidates and stakeholders in the organization.<\/li>\n
- Attention to detail, accountability, and organization while working in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
- Must be able to learn systems and processes well.<\/li>\n
- Must be able to manage time and high workloads.<\/li>\n
- Take ownership and demonstrate a commitment and passion for doing excellent\/high quality work with a positive attitude.<\/li>\n
- Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed, accurate and confidential information and records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- Prior experience in candidate scheduling or recruitment coordination would be beneficial, but not necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
