This position will be responsible for configuration of data analysis software in the key growing Ecolab digital platform – 3DT for CIP.<\/p>\n
Accurate and timely customer service assistance on previously installed systems, or remote troubleshooting and customer help is required.<\/p>\n

- Create system or line specific tag data.<\/li>\n
- Develop automation related documentation.<\/li>\n
- Perform internal testing of 3DT dashboard and verify all system parameters.<\/li>\n
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with partners and stakeholders in other departments or with customer and contractors as required.<\/li>\n
- Produce clear and timely documentation on project status to managers.<\/li>\n
- Ability to install software and configure OPC servers to communicate in an existing customer controls architecture.<\/li>\n
- Assist customer with understanding how 3DT hardware integrates into their existing controls infrastructure.<\/li>\n
- Support of existing 3DT installations. Includes phone and remote technical\u00a0assistance\/troubleshooting\u00a0for installed systems.<\/li>\n
