Job Summary<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Sales Enablement Learning Experience Specialist, under the direction of the Sales Enablement Manager, will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging learning experiences that enhance the effectiveness of our sales team. You will collaborate with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders to create impactful skill development programs that drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to develop and deliver relevant, performance improving content by leveraging close, high-trust relationships with our internal partners<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/Waste-Management\">Sales Enablement Program Specialist<\/a><\/h4>\n<p><strong><u>II. Duties and Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Works with the Sales Enablement Manager and other Specialists to create and customize sales enablement programs and materials<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Sales Enablement Manager with conducting needs analyses for Market Area performance improvement requests<\/li>\n<li>Ensures enablement content is tightly aligned with WM\u2019s brand messaging and mapped to the WM Customer journey<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Sales Enablement Manager, and other Sales Enablement Specialists, to collaboratively perform cause analyses<\/li>\n<li>Develops and curates sales enablement presentations, programs and training for the sales organization<\/li>\n<li>Track and catalog training content, interventions implemented, and results achieved in a central repository<\/li>\n<li>Proactively seek out continual education opportunities in the areas of coaching and consultation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong><u>III. Education and Experience<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Bachelor\u2019s Degree (accredited)in instructional design, learning and development, adult education or related degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience: Five (5) years of previous experience in sales enablement, training or instructional design (in addition to education requirement).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/Waste-Management\">Sales Enablement Program Specialist<\/a><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>None required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience creating training collateral for sales teams.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working consultatively with sales leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering highly engaging, high impact enablement resources and training for sales audience.<\/li>\n<li>Understand recent sales enablement trends, technologies, tactics, and methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze performance and skill set of sales teams to determine needs for additional training to close skill gaps.<\/li>\n<li>Adept at building relationships, influencing others, problem solving and offering pragmatic solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong influencing and organization skills are essential.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience distilling key concepts and presenting them to decision-makers.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), SharePoint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>V.
