Responsible for leading production, staff, workflow, partnering with managers on financials\/forecasting activities, salary decisions, and providing input to purchasing and maintenance decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Lead all aspects of daily work and workflows to ensure services are timely, efficient, cost effective, and in alignment with department strategies. This includes driving behavior to keep service unit costs competitively positioned by handling and maintaining appropriate staffing levels. Leading involves employee mentoring, performance management, salary administration, and supporting training and development.<\/li>\n<li>Ownership and oversight of the department. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.
