This role will be responsible for leading functional transformation work in establishing and operationalizing this new business function and capabilities, as well as providing HR business partnership that results in an<\/p>\n<p>engaged workforce and a more productive business. They will be responsible for change management and transition, developing people strategies, overseeing all day-to-day HR activities for the clients, providing thought leadership to these organizations and associated Leadership Teams, developing and executing talent management and change management<\/p>\n<p>strategies and partnering with key Gap Inc.
