We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Manager Enterprise Technology to join our team in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid work arrangement.<\/p>\n

In this role you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Information Technology (IT) strategy and operations within Altria\u2019s manufacturing environment. This role is the single point of contact for manufacturing technology needs.<\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Senior Manager Enterprise Technology<\/a><\/h4>\n

\u2022 Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with senior management to align D&T initiatives with overall business and manufacturing strategies.
\n\u2022 Coordinate the integration and management of IT systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and other relevant technologies.
\n\u2022 Establish and enforce data governance practices to ensure the integrity and security of manufacturing data.
\n\u2022 Leverage data analytics tools to extract insights that can optimize manufacturing processes and inform strategic decision-making.
\n\u2022 Directly Lead IT projects to improve manufacturing systems, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
\n\u2022 Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems to ensure the continuity of manufacturing operations.
\n\u2022 Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with IT vendors and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
\n\u2022 Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement in IT services.
\n\u2022 Ensure that IT systems and practices follow industry regulations and standards relevant to manufacturing.
\n\u2022 Build and lead a strong IT team, providing mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.
\n\u2022 Develop and manage the IT budget for manufacturing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational priorities.
\n\u2022 Implement processes for continuous evaluation and improvement of IT solutions to adapt to changing manufacturing needs.
\n\u2022 Communicate effectively with manufacturing leaders and other partners, providing updates on IT initiatives and their impact on manufacturing operations.<\/p>\n

Senior Manager Enterprise Technology<\/a><\/h4>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.<\/p>\n

\u2022 10+ years of IT experience with extensive experience in IT management, and a focus on manufacturing environments.
\n\u2022 Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and the role of IT in optimizing operations.
\n\u2022 Demonstrated experience in project management and leading multi-functional teams.
\n\u2022 In-depth knowledge of MES systems
\n\u2022 Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical partners.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in manufacturing.<\/p>\n
