A better future?<\/p>\n<p><b>We&#8217;re Lear For You.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/Lear\">Facility Supervisor<\/a><\/h5>\n<p>We are looking for a Facilities Technician<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The role includes the management of associated service contracts and resource, ensuring best practice and cost-effective solutions in accordance with corporate safety directives, energy efficiency playbook and facility policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/Lear\">Facility Supervisor<\/a><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the Facilities Team<\/li>\n<li>Undertake facility improvements and repairs<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate external Contractors and ensure adherence to contractor control procedure<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage facility service contracts<\/li>\n<li>Raise purchase orders PO\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Plan and implement facility improvements as aligned with \u00a0Lear\u2019s Energy Efficiency Playbook<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage a preventative program and manage projects<\/li>\n<li>Submit PAR &amp; CAPEX costs for any facility projects<\/li>\n<li>Monitor &amp; manage energy usage<\/li>\n<li>Ensure facility compliance to Lear\u2019s directives, site procedures and all statutory inspections to comply with relevant legislations<\/li>\n<li>Lead quarterly Kaizen \/ improvement projects<\/li>\n<li>Respond to any Quality \/ facility investigations<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to the Industrial Engineering and Maintenance team where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/Lear\">Facility Supervisor<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><b>Key Skills and Qualification:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project &amp; Contractor Management.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in overseeing projects and coordinating with contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Holds an advanced Level 3 safety certification (IOSH Managing Safety).<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in managing facilities and optimizing resources.
