Customer Services Representative – Italian market<\/a><\/h5>\n

We will provide you with top-class training on supporting and enhancing the customer experience. You will learn how the exciting hospitality world works and how to take full ownership of the customer experience including issue resolution. You will flex your ability to adapt and tailor your communication style. You will learn effective time management skills.<\/p>\n

You will be processing all reservation requests received by phone or email. You will become an expert on Marriott’s global reservation systems. You will learn what it is to be empowered as you deal directly with our customers, including our hotels, being able to confidently manage all queries.<\/p>\n
