MBA is preferred.<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience working with clients and stakeholders in Azerbaijan is highly preferred.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of the payments industry and relevant market trends.<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Fluency in English and Russian is required.
