We help our customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.<br \/>\n<b>Partner with the best<\/b><br \/>\nThis Executive Assistant role is viewed as a true partnership with the Regional Executive Leader and the Regional Sales Leader, supporting them through administrational management, business project execution and driving employee engagement.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/baker-hughes\">Executive Assistant<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><strong>As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performing, coordinating, and overseeing office administrative duties while providing an extensive level of support to the IET Gas Technology Services Regional Leader and IET Gas Technology Sales Regional Leader.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring managers make the best use of their time and are relied on to handle workload effectively and efficiently while building value for the business and the leadership team by anticipating needs and prioritizing projects.<\/li>\n<li>Viewing the role as a partnership and long-term collaboration with their managers where successes are achieved as a mutual accomplishment, encouraging the true atmosphere of teamwork and solidarity.<\/li>\n<li>Providing a strong commitment to the goals of the business and its executives as a member of the Regional Leadership team and will be expected to be engaged in leadership initiatives while demonstrating leadership behaviors.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting operational initiatives across the Americas Gas Services business, developing strategies and planned projects to support leadership communications, engagement, and business operational needs.<\/li>\n<li>Tapping into resources and domain expertise within the global IET business to improve the culture by fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, and unity.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/baker-hughes\">Executive Assistant<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><b>Fuel your passion<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>To be successful in this role you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
