Innovating in the energy industry, surface pressure control capabilities are industry-leading.<\/p>\n<p><b>Partner with the best<\/b><br \/>\nAs a\u00a0Lead Technical Support Engineer, you will\u00a0work seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application are understood and have been considered<\/p>\n<p><b>You will be responsible for:<\/b><\/p>\n<h5 aria-hidden=\"true\"><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/baker-hughes\">Lead Technical Support Engineer<\/a><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading &amp; developing design concepts based on user needs<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating system and component performance and reporting results<\/li>\n<li>Defining allocation to subsystems based on refinement of the design concept with SME in subsystems.<\/li>\n<li>Developing new solutions under guidance and\/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Delivering products as part of a team. Working on cross functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.<\/li>\n<li>Writing and reviewing procedures (New installation, maintenance &amp; troubleshooting), doing calculations, drawings, tilts studies and RCA&#8217;s.<\/li>\n<li>Creating new installation procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p><b>Fuel your passion<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>To be successful in this role you will:<\/b><\/p>\n<h5 aria-hidden=\"true\"><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/baker-hughes\">Lead Technical Support Engineer<\/a><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a bachelor&#8217;s degree of mechanical engineering or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Have at least 7+ years of design experience in surface wellhead &amp; gate valves<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate proven experience in mechanical engineering for Pressure Control equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Be designing &amp; troubleshooting surface wellheads &amp; trees.<\/li>\n<li>Be capable to propose equipment designs that suit customer requirements for surface equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate experience in working in projects with global teams<\/li>\n<li>Be able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Be a motivated self-starter that promotes teamwork and collaboration in a cross-functional environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Work in a way that works for you<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
