The job entails close liaison between Sales, Customer Service staff and the Vendors we represent. Responsible for the day-to-day purchasing of IT software and hardware equipment, you will be expected to work to tight deadlines and be capable of shouldering considerable responsibility.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/arrow-electronics\">Purchasing &amp; Sales Support Assistant<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><b>What do we need:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Validating orders, reviewing documentation (customer order, manufacturer contract, credit authorizations, margins, financing, payment methods).<\/li>\n<li>Managing the entire buying-selling process through Navision.<\/li>\n<li>Order processing from different manufacturer platforms, according to its specifics.<\/li>\n<li>Daily communicating with manufacturers (follow-up orders, incidents, complaints).<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing material in stock and in transit (stock control).<\/li>\n<li>Daily monitoring of purchased orders in the backlog following the delivery times.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the daily request received in the common email inbox offering solutions to multiple requests.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the commercial, financial, logistics and customer department.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing the physical delivery of orders, direct communication with the logistic and warehouse departments.<\/li>\n<li>During the transaction of an electronic product, delivering licenses, activating of acceses in the partner platform and billing.<\/li>\n<li>Managing different incidents (transport, cancellations, returns, lack of documentation).<\/li>\n<li>Supporting to internal departments for accounting and invoicing purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Different reporting according to business needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/arrow-electronics\">Purchasing &amp; Sales Support Assistant<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><b>How we imagine you:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient\/ native in Spanish, and fluent in English.<\/li>\n<li>Preferred 1 or 2 years in a similar position.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, being able to pick up easily new programs and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Being comfortable working both independently and as a team member.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, very extroverted, self-sufficient, and flexible.<\/li>\n<li>Taking responsibility of the duties.<\/li>\n<li>Working under pressure, understanding how details affect the big picture, and showing a positive can-do attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Facing challenges, involving continuous changes and ready of stepping up to demonstrate successful completion of the cases.<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy is a must in this position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/arrow-electronics\">Purchasing &amp; Sales Support Assistant<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><b>What do we offer:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We offer a challenging, interesting, and rewarding job in an international environment in a growing global company.
