Your day to day:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Administration & Finance Assistant (temporary position)<\/a><\/h6>\n

\u2022 Active participation and coordination in local bidding for admin related services. Annual review of inactive suppliers
\n\u2022 Review and payment of local municipality taxes
\n\u2022 Handling Master Data on finance suppliers
\n\u2022 Initiating requests for finance contracts in Contract Data Base system
\n\u2022 Maintain close collaboration with stakeholders ensure qualified monitoring of correctness of accounting entries performed
\n\u2022 Pro-actively support in standardization and streamlining of invoice processing and implementation of new models. Actively participate in testing of new system solutions
\n\u2022 Active participation in organizing of some internal affiliate events. Organize and coordinate trainings for invoices’ approvers within the affiliate
\n\u2022 Regular monthly reporting on request (external and internal)
\n\u2022 Support team and train the newcomers about finance rules and principles
\n\u2022 All other administrative tasks (handling of bussines, legal and accounting documentation)<\/p>\n

Administration & Finance Assistant (temporary position)<\/a><\/h6>\n

If you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 University degree in Accounting\/Finance\/Economics\/Audit or similar
\n\u2022 Minimum 1 year of experience in administration\/finance\/accounting (dealing with compliance, purchase order and basic experience in general ledger posting ).
\n\u2022 Experience in Microsoft Office
\n\u2022 Experience in SAP is an advantage
\n\u2022 Proficiency in English language<\/p>\n

And you are:<\/strong><\/p>\n
