\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Efficiently answer inbound calls from customers and salesforce regarding technical issues and\/or complaints, as well as adverse events by identifying and collecting information from callers;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Identify customer needs and most effective method of meeting those needs;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests;
