The Legal Counsel is part of the Country Legal Team reporting to the Country Legal Director. The advice given and services provided are strategic, timely, proactive, practical, cost-effective and meet the highest legal, ethical and professional standards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/coca-cola\">Legal Counsel<\/a><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Partnering with internal clients (Sales, Marketing, Premium Spirits Departments) by considering immediate legal and compliance issues in a broad business context and identifying business purposes and objectives; proactively applies legal and compliance expertise to address the specific business activity; developing alternative legal solutions in order to enable the achievement of successful business outcomes;<\/li>\n<li>Drafting and participating in negotiations of a wide range of commercial contracts, including distribution and marketing agreements;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating effectively with members of the Country Legal Team and Group Legal Team to provide timely, business-oriented advice to internal commercial clients on legal and compliance issues;<\/li>\n<li>Expert understanding of Ukrainian laws, regulations and policies in specialized legal areas, as well as in Company policies and procedures, strong knowledge of laws, regulations and policies in commercial, antitrust, consumers legal areas, among others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/coca-cola\">Legal Counsel<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><strong>ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher Law degree;<\/li>\n<li>At least 6 years of professional experience as a lawyer in a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel;<\/li>\n<li>Bar exam successfully passed &#8211; license to practice law in front of Ukrainian Courts \u2013 will be an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Solid background \\ knowledge at least in the following legal areas: Competition Law, Contract &amp; Commercial Law, Corporate Law;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fluent English is a must;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Positive communication style, excellent and effective communication skills, with ability to handle complex issues;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills in order to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced work environment, taking initiative and autonomy, demonstrating ability to learn quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/coca-cola\">Legal Counsel<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><strong>WE OFFER:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary;<\/li>\n<li>Compensations &amp; benefits package, which includes:\u00a0\u00a0medical and life insurance, 31 calendar days of vacation per year, meal allowance, company product sampling;<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to develop as a professional;<\/li>\n<li>Work in a smart and motivated team within a supportive and inclusive culture with strong value;<\/li>\n<li><strong>A hybrid work format.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/coca-cola\">Legal Counsel<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><strong>The main office of the company is located in Velyka Dymerka.
