Comms \u2013 helping to prioritize and schedule appointments, meetings and conferences.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and make travel and lodging arrangements as required.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update management office files, records and publications. Maintain confidential files and materials.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare special reports under guidance, as required<\/li>\n<li>Format, type and edit a variety of complex or technical materials, including presentations, correspondence, memos, reports and confidential material<\/li>\n<li>Assist leads in coordinating certain activities from all departments as required.<\/li>\n<li>Collect regular reports from all departments<\/li>\n<li>Carry out special projects and assignments as requested; coordinate task forces in the company; compile, analyze, and prepare data for administrative reports and presentations<\/li>\n<li>Assist to organize board meetings and Sr. Management Meetings as well as other external meetings<\/li>\n<li>Be familiar with company policies and business operations. Be able to resolve problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Support team building plans and activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/Nike\">EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT<\/a><\/h6>\n<p><strong>Requisite Education and Experience \/ Minimum Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least three years\u2019 experience in the position of Secretary to a functional leader in a multinational company<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented, project management experience a plus<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor degree or above<\/li>\n<li>Strong PC\/ Mac skills;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English oral and written skills<\/li>\n<li>People person who is highly collaborative and enjoys building team culture<\/li>\n<li>Creative and resourceful in approach<\/li>\n<li>Open-minded and eager to learn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"job-description-paragraph\">\n<p>NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
