Key Responsibilities:<\/h6>\n
Senior Support Engineer<\/a><\/h6>\n

Responsible for managing (DT) Digital Technology aspects of large projects that are diverse and sophisticated. Coordinates project planning, training, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost. Required to interact with vendors and contractors. Understand technical\/business requirements captured from the business units.<\/p>\n

You will need strong organization & communication skills, you will have to possess excellent customer service skills. Have a solid background in project management, has a demonstrable understanding in Telecommunications Standards & practices. Candidate will ensure United’s IT Critical Infrastructure standards are followed.<\/p>\n

The role is involved in project support of LAN “Local Area Network” WAN “Wide Area Network” VOIP “Voice Over IP”CCTV “Closed Circuit Television” and Mobility platforms. The role will be the interface between Field Services and internal\/external business partners.<\/p>\n
