At Nationwide, our Corporate Compensation team understands the business and collaborates with our Human Resources partners and leaders to help the business grow.<\/p>\n

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will provide compensation consulting and support to the compensation consultants and directors by implementing and administering various compensation programs for multiple business\/staff units.<\/p>\n

You’ll be involved in conducting position evaluations, preparing job descriptions, creating reports and conducting research and analysis on internal and market data. If you possess the ability to communicate effectively, have good evaluation skills and can convey information in understandable manner, this role is for you!<\/p>\n
