  1. Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent industry experience<\/li>\n
  2. Sales\/Marketing experience in the construction machinery industry with a thorough understanding and knowledge of products, applications, and markets<\/li>\n
  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills<\/li>\n
  4. Good working knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, and word processing programs<\/li>\n
  5. Good mathematical skills<\/li>\n
  6. Must reside in territory<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Sales Representative Construction<\/a><\/h5>\n

    1. Create, develop, and close new\/used sales and rental deals within assigned territory and achieve sales volume, profit, and market share objectives<\/li>\n
    2. Cover assigned territory by achieving established call standards<\/li>\n
    3. Improve Boyd Company\u2019s market coverage by prospecting for and developing new customers<\/li>\n
    4. Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships through professional and ethical business conduct<\/li>\n
    5. Develop and maintain knowledge on products, applications, industry, selling skills, and product support to enhance and achieve required sales performance<\/li>\n
    6. Communicate technical information, product problems, competitive information, product support requirements, credit information, customer concerns, etc, to the proper departments and assure appropriate action is implemented<\/li>\n
    7. Perform other duties as necessary and assigned<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
