We are a growing company looking for an administrative assistant that can handle a variety of tasks, with the ability to prioritize and execute them timely and effectively.<\/p>\n

Office Assistant<\/a><\/h5>\n

This position will require some basic office, computer, and communication skills.<\/p>\n

Experience in customer service and sales would be helpful. Your abilities to learn quickly and work independently are important.<\/p>\n

This is a full-time position.<\/p>\n

Vehicle registration<\/p>\n

Office Assistant<\/a><\/h5>\n

Filing Fuel Taxes
\nEnrolling Business in Drug Testing Program
\nContacting Customers and Potential Customers
\nInventory Log and Tracking
\nCustomer Follow Up Calls and Reminders
\nObtain Information and Prepare Contracts
\nClerical Tasks (phones, filing, data entry, emails, etc.)
\nOccasional Errands<\/p>\n

Office Assistant<\/a><\/h5>\n

OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have experience with vehicle registration\/ trucking paperwork is plus
\nMust be a fast learner.
\nGood Communication Skills (phone and written)
\nHighly Organized & amp; Detail Oriented
\nExperience with QuickBooks
\nProficient with Microsoft Excel
\nProficient with Microsoft Word
\nProficient with Microsoft Outlook
\nSales Experience is a Plus<\/p>\n
