The Work<\/b><\/p>\n

As a key member of our HR team, you will:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Proactively administer and execute RMS HR systems, tools, and processes.
\n\u2022 Support cross-functional teams to identify and improve common processes within the RMS organization and across the enterprise.
\n\u2022 Coordinate employee relations records and process efforts.
\n\u2022 Maintain records, track work items, and prepare and compile reports.
\n\u2022 Furnish information to authorized individuals or organizations in line with established policies and procedures.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with peers to track and report on budgets, including fees, travel, operating funds, and rewards.
\n\u2022 Utilize initiative, leadership, creativity, and best practices to identify, justify, document, and implement process changes to improve operations.<\/p><\/div>\n
