This includes data corrections and audits within SuccessFactors\u2019s Employee Central and other HRIS systems. Additional duties include documenting workflow\/new procedures, reviewing various HR transactions for accuracy, HR invoicing, Form I-9 management, employee payout info, scanning, record retention, and auditing employee information to ensure data integrity. The HR Operations admin will gain valuable knowledge, skills and experience in an area of HR that interacts daily with colleagues and management from all levels of the organization.\u00a0 This position is in a department where strict confidentiality and discretion must be maintained.\u00a0 It is within a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and delivery deadlines that drive the work<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"answer ng-scope jobdescriptionInJobDetails\"><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/archer-daniels-midland\"><strong>HR Operations Admin \u2013 Decatur, IL\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/h6>\n<h6 class=\"answer ng-scope jobdescriptionInJobDetails\"><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for responding to various inquiries via phone and email promptly and effectively<\/li>\n<li>Conduct audits to ensure data integrity of colleague information<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing assistance to HR technology users<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal HR Operation colleagues when specific expertise is necessary to formulate and deliver the best possible response to internal customers<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the colleague experience through self-service technology in SuccessFactors\u2019s Employee Central HRIS and other HRIS systems<\/li>\n<li>Creation and maintenance of employee personnel and medical files in various formats<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and report confidential information daily<\/li>\n<li>Conduct data audits and maintain compliance<\/li>\n<li>Escalate issues to supervisor in a timely manner when appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Promote ADM core values<\/li>\n<li>Successfully relates to and works with a diverse workforce in a variety of positions<\/li>\n<li>Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 class=\"answer ng-scope jobdescriptionInJobDetails\"><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/archer-daniels-midland\"><strong>HR Operations Admin \u2013 Decatur, IL\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/h6>\n<p class=\"answer ng-scope jobdescriptionInJobDetails\"><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 years of Human Resources or Administrative experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SuccessFactors\u2019s Employee Central recommended<\/li>\n<li>Prior work experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to colleagues, customers, and vendors<\/li>\n<li>Data entry experience with attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to changing priorities, ability to manage multiple duties and work under time constraints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 class=\"answer ng-scope jobdescriptionInJobDetails\"><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/archer-daniels-midland\"><strong>HR Operations Admin \u2013 Decatur, IL\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/h6>\n<p xml:lang=\"EN-US\">Excited about this role but don\u2019t meet every requirement listed?
