This includes accountability for responding to customer inquiries and providing insight into market trends from a procurement perspective. Learn more at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jnj.com\/\">https:\/\/www.jnj.com\/\u00a0<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h6><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/johnson-johnson\">Bilingual Contract Specialist (Remote)<\/a><\/h6>\n<p><strong>Major Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead response process for all types of proposals (RFQ, RFP) received from internal and external customers.\u00a0\u00a0Focus is group purchasing organizations, acute care accounts and clinics.<\/li>\n<li>Lead tender process using project management techniques to ensure kick-off and status reviews identify clear deliverables, roles and timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review and negotiate agreements directly with customers for terms and conditions based on commercial and legal input.<\/li>\n<li>Identify existing responses for common questions\/clauses that can be leveraged, develop new\/targeted responses and recommend alternate.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing to ensure that contract requirements are met in a consistent, compliant manner with high quality.\u00a0\u00a0Demonstrate thorough understanding of JJMT and customer\u2019s legal terms and conditions and highlighting compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure final documentation is submitted on time, and retained for easy retrieval according to departmental processes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain SOX and HCC documentation as required and maintain RFP win\/loss award information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/johnson-johnson\">Bilingual Contract Specialist (Remote)<\/a><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform bid site searches for new tenders, review tender documents and identify information\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0to the commercial team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Address contract related inquiries from external customers (RFQs, pricing inquiry etc.), and issue resolution, including proactive follow up on submissions.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively generate non-routine correspondence to secure additional customer information or resolve queries.<\/li>\n<li>Innovate and lead contracts related process improvements that will create value for the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Embrace and use all tools and systems as requested by Management.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in various initiatives as required by Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>QUALIFICATIONS<\/h6>\n<p><strong>Job Knowledge Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/johnson-johnson\">Bilingual Contract Specialist (Remote)<\/a><\/h6>\n<p><strong>1. Relevant knowledge and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years of relevant work experience managing contracts or equivalent experience;<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management skills and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication (verbal &amp; written) and problem solving skills, outstanding customer service orientation;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to assess risk and escalate appropriately;<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities;<\/li>\n<li>Flexible, and team-oriented;<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.
