Familiarity with\u00a0complex\u00a0sales cycles\u00a0and a proven\u00a0track record\u00a0of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are\u00a0a must\u00a0for this role. The ability to build and\u00a0maintain\u00a0relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations is crucial. Prior experience in field sales, including prospecting, cold calling, conducting product\u00a0software\u00a0demos, and negotiating contracts, is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency\u00a0in using CRM software (SFDC or equivalent) and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports is necessary.
