Position Overview:<\/b>\u00a0We are seeking a talented and motivated Android App Developer with expertise in the Kotlin programming language to join our development team. As an Android App Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mobile application that provide our warehouse associates the ability to scan barcodes, capture images of products and send it to the exception portal.<\/p>\n

\nCollaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to conceptualize, develop, and deliver high-quality Android application.
\nWrite efficient, clean, and modular code using Kotlin that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
\nParticipate in the entire app development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
\nPerform thorough testing of applications, identifying and fixing bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues.
\nOptimize application performance for a seamless user experience on various Android devices and versions.
\nCollaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between the app and server.
\nMaintain code repositories, manage version control, and ensure proper documentation of the codebase.

Qualifications:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
\n5-8 years of experience as an Android App Developer with a strong portfolio of Android applications developed using Kotlin.
\nSolid understanding of Android application architecture, design patterns (e.g., MVVM), and best practices.
\nProficiency in Kotlin programming language and a deep understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
\nExperience with Android Studio, Gradle, and other relevant development tools.
\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
\nExperience consuming RESTful web services from mobile platform.
\nFamiliarity with third-party libraries, and integration of backend services.
\nKnowledge of UI\/UX principles and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-centric interfaces. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
