They receive, analyze, record, and process electronic\/written communications, phone calls, and faxes. Requests may include general equipment questions, quoting, sourcing, placement of orders, status of orders, expediting orders, returns, or invoice questions. Interaction with UNFI field personnel, store managers, store owners, sales, store support offices, store team leads, internal subject matter experts, and suppliers to ensure customer requirements are being met. Fiscal year approximate sales volume is $2.5M+ per individual.<\/p>\n<p>Empowered to resolve and bring to closure customer inquiries and problems by using applicable information and tools while following guidelines of the department.\u00a0 This is a remote position, but we would prefer a candidate to be located in MN.\u00a0 Open to candidates with the right skillsets in other locations.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/United-Natural-Foods\">Equipment Customer Support Representative &#8211; Remote<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prepares detailed quotes for internal and external customers, with specification sheets, and a selling approach where applicable requiring specific knowledge of functional area.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Uses department tools to source equipment when required.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Selects and places purchase orders through our suppliers using previously negotiated terms.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Follows processes and procedures; provides fast, consistent, and reliable customer service.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Empowered to receive, log, and troubleshoot all customer inquiries and issues through to resolution with some guidance and instruction.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintains and updates purchase order records, system data, and documentation of supplies and materials with a high degree of accuracy and detail.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Supports the department goals, objectives, and service level agreements\/metrics to ensure service delivered meets or exceeds the needs of customer stakeholders and end-users.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Answers phones from an automated call distribution system; directs\/handles as appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Is assigned key customer accounts to build partnership and sales of equipment.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Performs other relevant job duties as required.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/United-Natural-Foods\">Equipment Customer Support Representative &#8211; Remote<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education\/ Certifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Accounting, Management, or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1-3 years previous experience in Customer Service or Purchasing preferred.
