You will support Customer Support Engineering activities. You will also provide direct support to aircraft OE and their end customers, supporting instructions for continued airworthiness, i.e., maintenance manuals, and root cause investigations of field issues.<\/p>\n<p>You will provide service excellence support to\u00a0our international customers. The department is accountable for all wheels &amp; Brakes engineering activities related to new product\u00a0development\/introduction,\u00a0production support, and in-service program support.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/Raytheon\">Customer Support Engineer<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Onsite:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products\u00a0<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you do<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical support to airlines, MRO facilities and OEMs, troubleshoot technical issues.
