The focus of the position will be on the expense management and consolidation process with ad-hod support to the sales activities.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/Abbvie\">Financial Analyst<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Main responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active participation in monthly closing analysis<\/li>\n<li>Monthly forecast<\/li>\n<li>Budgeting Process<\/li>\n<li>Expenses management for the affiliate (act as a business partner related to all expenses in the affiliate)<\/li>\n<li>Ad-hoc analysis as required<\/li>\n<li>Upload the data into the Planning system<\/li>\n<li>Support in the consolidation process, P&amp;L construction, and sales occasionally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/Abbvie\">Financial Analyst<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Detailed responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Input and retrieve financial information in the financial planning system<\/li>\n<li>Consolidation process support<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly financial reports to the affiliate management team<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of main accounts expense related<\/li>\n<li>Build dashboard for expenses and automatize the process<\/li>\n<li>Provide ad-hoc analytical and financial process support<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Ad-hoc support to the sales brand partners<\/li>\n<li>Support in the S&amp;OP process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/company\/Abbvie\">Financial Analyst<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountant with +5 years of experience working full time (not as intern or student) as Finance or FP&amp;A Analyst<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in using SAP would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel, able to make pivot tables, design complex formulas among other<\/li>\n<li>Team player skills.
