As an Experienced Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional experiences throughout the customer journey. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule Fridays through Mondays.<\/p>\n

In this role, you will impact the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers by implementing customer-centric strategies and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience or a related role<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong understanding of customer experience principles and best practices<\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n

\u2022 Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions<\/p>\n
