JOB SUMMARY<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a sales support position responsible for providing direct support to all assigned Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. As a CSR (Customer Sales Representative), the goal is to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible.<\/p>\n

Customer Service Representative<\/a><\/h5>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Answer all incoming concerns\/needs from all customers<\/li>\n
  • Key pick-up request, Handle transportation\/routing on delivery questions<\/li>\n
  • Process will-call orders<\/li>\n
  • Provide customers with invoice copies.<\/li>\n
  • Process credits<\/li>\n
  • Maintaining Call list<\/li>\n
  • Monitor orders before the cut-off<\/li>\n
  • Communicate regularly with the AE (account executives) and customers.<\/li>\n
  • Manage the same-day deliveries for OPCO (operating company)<\/li>\n
  • Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • High school diploma or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • 1 year prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience<\/li>\n
      • Preferred: Previous call center experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Professional Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Strong telephone communication skills<\/li>\n
        • Able to work in a fast pace environment<\/li>\n
        • Ability to sit and work at a PC for extended periods<\/li>\n
        • Proficient in MS Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
