Wholesale bag and cap company is seeking a goal-oriented, energetic individual to become a key team member in its customer service dept. The position will help in processing sales orders, providing support for customers by phone and email.<\/p>\n

Customer Service Representative<\/a><\/h5>\n

Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Maintain emails and calls<\/p>\n

— Handle Customer related calls<\/p>\n

– Processing and following through with orders<\/p>\n

– Ensure shipment processing<\/p>\n

– Create and maintain relationships with customers and staff<\/p>\n

– Interact with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Customer Service Representative<\/a><\/h5>\n

Job Skills and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n

– Problem solving skills<\/p>\n

– Excellent organizational skills.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Minimum 1 year Customer Service Experience<\/p>\n

– MS Office knowledge<\/p>\n

– High School Diploma or GED equivalent<\/p>\n

– English required.<\/p>\n
