Rockwell Automation is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resilient and adaptable, with strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person<\/p>\n

– Provide information about products and services<\/p>\n

– Process orders, returns, and exchanges<\/p>\n

– Maintain customer records and documentation<\/p>\n

– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction<\/p>\n

– Stay current on product knowledge and company policies<\/p>\n

– Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner<\/p>\n

– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 1 year of customer service experience – Excellent communication skills – Strong problem-solving abilities – Attention to detail and accuracy – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities – Decision-making skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – High school diploma or equivalent<\/p>\n
