Erie Insurance Group in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner<\/p>\n

– Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of data entry<\/p>\n

– Assist in the preparation of client presentations and materials<\/p>\n

– Coordinate meetings and appointments for clients as needed<\/p>\n

– Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service to clients<\/p>\n

– Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to clients<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Strong innovation and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n

– Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities<\/p>\n

– Effective communication skills, both verbal and written<\/p>\n

– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently<\/p>\n

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software<\/p>\n

– Previous experience in a client-facing role preferred<\/p>\n
