We have an immediate opening for\u00a0a Digital Technology Project Manager<\/b>\u00a0based at our global headquarters in Allentown, PA.<\/p>\n

The Digital Technology Project Manager reports to the Manager, Regional Presidents, and Corporate Center\u2019s Projects.<\/p>\n

You will lead a wide variety of projects across the Digital Technology Applications and Analytics departments.<\/p>\n

Digital Technology projects range from highly complex technology-based projects, which change technical platforms and architectures to strategic business projects that significantly change the business processes and practices to multiple low-cost, short duration enhancement projects.<\/p>\n

The Digital Technology Project portfolio typically has over 100 active projects at any time.<\/p>\n

These projects are sponsored by our business supply chains, business segments, and global process management teams worldwide delivering DT solutions and services. Project types include infrastructure and application-based DT solutions both internally built and externally purchased or hosted.<\/p>\n

Scope of responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage multiple medium and\/or moderately complex projects, which support multiple business areas and geographies<\/li>\n
  • Lead project teams from demand through execution to meet stated business and project objectives<\/li>\n
  • Establish and measure key project objectives<\/li>\n
  • Clarify, develop, evaluate and detail individual project plans<\/li>\n
  • Work on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation<\/li>\n
  • Ensure project team cohesiveness where team members are in multiple locations and of diverse cultural backgrounds<\/li>\n
  • Balance business desires\/requirements with IT possibilities and cost constraint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Project experience which includes Project Management of Applications Systems and Services, Project Management of Mergers, and\/or Acquisitions and Divestitures and may include Infrastructure<\/li>\n
    • Project Management of SAP Deployments (or enterprise equivalent) for both ERP and HR areas is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Project Management of custom development solutions<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge and experience in creating\/maintaining schedules, project cost management, risk and issue management, and communications management.<\/li>\n
    • Lead project scope and project change management.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in building client and customer relationships<\/li>\n
    • Proven verbal and written communication across multiple levels of leadership<\/li>\n
    • Ability to seek information; you are a conceptual problem solver who takes initiative<\/li>\n
    • Professional confidence; you make an impact on and influence others<\/li>\n
    • Willing to take ownership \u2013 achievement driven<\/li>\n
    • Able to hold teams and individuals accountable and lead change efforts<\/li>\n
    • Lead teams focusing on collaboration and partnership<\/li>\n
    • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of industry<\/li>\n
    • Familiar with IT Project Execution Methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile)<\/li>\n
    • User of project management tools \u2013 Planview a plus<\/li>\n
    • Hybrid work environment preferred; remote will be considered depending on distance<\/li>\n
    • Hours may require flexibility depending on project team location<\/li>\n
    • 10% domestic travel with the possibility of international travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
