We are looking to grow our customer service and service provider service teams.<\/p>\n

You might be the customer service team member we need if you are the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Detailed:\u00a0<\/strong>You are thorough in your work and with tracking progress on your tasks<\/li>\n
  • Self Managing<\/strong>: Can work with little to no supervision<\/li>\n
  • Ready & Willing<\/strong>: Can take on interesting and uncommon customer service issues<\/li>\n
  • Computer Skills:<\/strong>\u00a0Able to work with applications you haven’t seen before and know how to troubleshoot common computer issues<\/li>\n
  • Quality<\/strong>: You are always professional, efficient, consistent, and honest to your co-workers and to yourself<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What You Will Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • You will be the first point of contact in our call center answering incoming calls from customers and Service Providers.<\/li>\n
    • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries.<\/li>\n
    • Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling.<\/li>\n
    • Help Service Providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions.<\/li>\n
    • Help customers and Service Providers troubleshoot software issues<\/li>\n
    • Work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Skills Needed<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Able to analyze customer emails and provide a thoughtful response that addresses all aspects of a customer’s concern<\/li>\n
      • Able to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous<\/li>\n
      • Track multiple issues at the same time<\/li>\n
      • Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions<\/li>\n
      • Able to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
