For this Software Engineer position, the CIB Sales Tools Team is looking for qualified candidates with expertise in Salesforce, Apex Coding, SQL, and other tools.

Expected Results and Responsibilities of the Position:

Participate in projects that are related to the technology domain, such as installation, upgrade, and deployment efforts. Identify opportunities for service quality and availability within the technology domain environment. Review and analyze technical assignments or challenges that are related to low to medium risk deliverables and that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternative technology domains. Make recommendations for resolving issues or may escalate issues as needed to meet established service level agreements. Use independent judgment while also developing an understanding of a given technology domain in regard to security and compliance requirements. Work

Two or more years of experience in software engineering, or equivalent, as demonstrated by one or more of the following: Education, training, military experience, and work experience are all desirable qualifications.
Ability to produce a copy of military orders, including applicant Salesforce experience, Apex coding experience, and more than one year of SQL experience. Knowledge of the scrum development process and Agile/Devops adoption and adherence. Experience with GIT. Experience with AccelQ, an automated testing tool. Knowledge of code analysis and debugging tools. Industry-standard technology certification.
