About You:

7+ years of experience in software development, including at least one full-cycle implementation. Significant development experience writing production code in modern languages like Javascript, TypeScript, and React.
Significant development experience designing and building applications with a lot of visualization and user interactivity. Significant development experience developing applications that go beyond just forms and data input.
Significant development experience using d3.js, Vega, Canvas, or similar libraries and frameworks. Expertise in analysis and optimization of systems capacity, performance, and operational health.
Experience with Git, Docker, and container orchestration services are required. This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (also known internally at Target as “Flex for Your Day”) work arrangement, depending on Target’s requirements.
A member of the team works full-time from home or another location that is not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location, and may travel to HQ up to four times per year under a remote work arrangement.
With a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement, a team member’s core role can be carried out either onsite at a Target location or remotely, depending on the requirements of that day’s tasks, team, and role.
Unless Target specifies otherwise, work duties cannot be performed outside of the country where the primary work location is located.
