As a Systems Analyst Associate for the Talent Acquisition Transformation project on the 1LMX team, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming our end-to-end business processes and systems, creating a model-based enterprise with a fully integrated digital thread throughout the product lifecycle.

Systems Analyst, Associate / SAP Success Factors

This role will be responsible for documenting business requirements and processes. The individual will participate in configuration workshops and assist with testing of module configuration during multiple test cycles. They will support the larger team to gather requirements that will contribute to configuration based on leading practice process maps. They will actively participate in Agile business rhythms, playing a pivotal role in supporting the overall effort.

*** This role works a 4×10 schedule (every Friday off) and is scoped as full time telecommute (Remote), although alignment to a major Lockheed Martin facility is preferred ***

Basic Qualifications:

Systems Analyst, Associate / SAP Success Factors

– Talent Acquisition or Recruiting domain expertise, with solid knowledge of processes and automation (preferably with ATS implementations)
– Proven communication and organizational skills
– Demonstrated business writing skills
– Troubleshooting skills, preferably
– US Citizenship is required for this role

Desired Skills:

– Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing, Eightfold Talent Acquisition
– Agile experience
– Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SAP

Ability to Work Remotely:

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $60,700 – $114,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $52,800 – $101,100 .
