What You’ll Do
We keep your world running seamlessly in ways both unnoticeable and remarkable. Our fastening systems connect the world’s cars and electronics, and our infrastructure solutions build the world’s roads, pipelines and sewer systems.
For manufacturers, our engineered fastening business meets assembly challenges around the world with innovative, customized and integrated solutions and systems.
For oil and gas companies, we provide equipment and services for virtually every aspect of onshore and offshore pipeline construction and inspection. And for heavy construction and demolition, our family of powerful mounted and handheld hydraulic products are the undisputed leader in rebuilding infrastructure.
Snr. Customer Service
Specifically, you will:
1. Order and system management
• Collect customer order and negotiate delivery time based on customer requirement and inventory fulfillment
• System operation/data maintenance in SBD & customers’ systems, such as order confirmation
• Work with various departments to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time
2. Status tracking and feedback
• Scope incl. FC to order, order to delivery, delivery to shipment, consignment inventory
• Timely feedback and support of various orders problems
3. Bill to cash mgmt.
• Reconciling with customers, billing, and cooperating with related departments to improve DSO
4. Sales support:
• act as an interface of customer requirements and complains to provide feedback and solution
5. Sales forecast driving
• Closely cooperate with customers and sales team to collect sales forecast and market info.
• Monitoring and analyzing customer demand forecasts and order changes, and raise hand to warn of abnormal demand fluctuations
• Integrate FC into template to deliver to DP
6. Others
• Visit customer premises when required

You also have:
1. Diploma degree minimum preferably with major in commercial etc.
2. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
3. Customer Focused with at least 5 years in a similar position of automotive industry.
4. Team management experience is a plus.
5. Proficient in office software and ERP system
6. Knowledge of IATF16949, QC080000, AS9100and HSF is preferred
7. Team spirit
