Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- This position necessitates a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with an emphasis on HRSD and CSM capabilities. The following are examples of essential job functions and responsibilities:
- Contribute to our ServiceNow platform’s design, implementation, support, and expansion.
- Form, workflow, reporting, and automation enhancements across the HRSD and CSM suites can help the continuous improvement process.
- Support, enhance, and maintain existing integrations.
- Provide all ServiceNow platform users with high-quality documentation and support.
- Standard dashboards and reports can be created and maintained.
Summary of Experience Two to four years of professional industry experience with software development Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build an effective network of relationships both inside and outside of Starbucks
- ability to advocate for the platform in writing and orally with clarity and conciseness.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a demonstrated capacity for formulating practical solutions.
- demonstrable proficiency working in an Agile development setting.
- Experience implementing and enhancing HRSD and CSM are additional qualifications.
- Experience with the Service Portal, UI builder, and configurable workspace is a plus.
- Knowledge of how to use and integrate other common IT tools like Slack, Teams, and PagerDuty
