about the role
In this role you will develop a strategic plan to maintain brand equity and gain market share, which requires a comprehensive understanding of the individual brand, its target market, and the brand’s overall vision and direction.

- Handles all in-season execution for Big Idea events which includes in-season briefing, tactical strategy, leading in-season execution with cross functional partners, giving initial feedback in project team reviews, taking away any updates relating to the creative, and presenting assets in VP reviews
- Participates in pre-season planning for big ideas inclusive of collaborating with styling and creative team
- Must be a product expert and be able to take asset from conception to creation.
- Leads Pre-season planning and in-season execution for This Week Only which includes landing strategy for digital assets, collaborating with styling & creative team pre-preseason & leading in-season execution with cross functional partners
- Must be a product expert and be able to take asset from conception to creation.
- Lean in and support Senior Manager with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Work with cross functional teams on testing and learning opportunities
who you are

- 3-5 years of experience in consumer marketing; content marketing experience required
- Proven ability to translate product stories into compelling marketing messages; a natural storyteller
- Strategic, data-driven, global thinker with a customer focused mindset
- Solid analytical skills, ability to glean insights and tell a story from data
- Strong ability to prioritize on the go
- Team player with top notch people skills who can foster dynamic relationships with other cross functional teams, including but not limited to: Merchandising, Production, Creative, Styling & Photo Production, Visual Merchandising
- High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changeable environment, comfortable with ambiguity
- Laser focused on results both at an individual level and for the team at large
- Self-starter with an innate sense of curiosity and eagerness to test and learn
- Experience in fashion and retail strongly preferred

Salary Range: $89,300 – $130,500 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
