How you will create an impact
- This is your opportunity to support a fast-paced HR team with operational responsibilities and support key people initiatives.
- We want you to pro-actively and efficiently manage the administrative responsibilities across the HR team, including a wide range of tasks such as meeting coordination, employee file management, regular reporting, and collation of data, note taking and general HR queries.
- You will work closely with the Head of HR and HR Executive committee to fulfil day to day requirements of the department as well as support the delivery of key HR programs.
- You will also be trained as a UK Right to Work certifier and meet with employees to complete the onboarding process.
- This role will provide you with the opportunity to lead on key HR processes such as our exit interview procedure and allow you to gain exposure to other centres of excellence within HR.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience of in a high volume and fast-paced Administration position
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong relationship building skills and prior experience of working as part of a team and collaborating with others.
- Ability to operate independently with a proven record of sound decision making.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office – Word / Outlook /Excel/PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive data appropriately and with discretion
