Financial Analyst

Job Description

This position will support FP&A coordinator and manager, and other areas to prepare financial analysis as required, as well as participate in the month, quarter and year-end financial closing processes, monthly and annual budgeting and forecasting, monthly business review decks at all P&L level. The focus of the position will be on the expense management and consolidation process with ad-hod support to the sales activities.

Main responsibilities

  • Active participation in monthly closing analysis
  • Monthly forecast
  • Budgeting Process
  • Expenses management for the affiliate (act as a business partner related to all expenses in the affiliate)
  • Ad-hoc analysis as required
  • Upload the data into the Planning system
  • Support in the consolidation process, P&L construction, and sales occasionally

  • Input and retrieve financial information in the financial planning system
  • Consolidation process support
  • Prepare monthly financial reports to the affiliate management team
  • Analysis of main accounts expense related
  • Build dashboard for expenses and automatize the process
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical and financial process support
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ad-hoc support to the sales brand partners
  • Support in the S&OP process

Qualifications

  • Accountant with +5 years of experience working full time (not as intern or student) as Finance or FP&A Analyst
  • Prior experience in using SAP would be advantageous
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel, able to make pivot tables, design complex formulas among other
  • Team player skills. Ability to build a good working environment with all members of the Finance Team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced English
  • Positive, proactive and results orientated
  • Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion
  • Programing / Power BI would a plus
