Executive Assistant – Southwest Dallas
Delta Dallas is partnering with a home goods and manufacturing firm in its search for an Executive Assistant to support its team of C-Suite executives, including the CEO, CFO, and CHRO.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the executives’ calendars, coordinating travel, coordinating projects for the executives, and serving as a liaison to the remainder of the management team.
The ideal candidate must be able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be highly organized.
The candidate must also be able to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
A sense of urgency and personal drive to make things happen on behalf of the executive is a must.
This role is 100% onsite at the company’s office in southwest Dallas, but the executive team does understand the need for flexibility as necessary for special appointments, family / household needs, etc.
Executive Assistant
Responsibilities :
- Manage an active calendar of appointments, including complex travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Coordinate meetings and events (on-site, off-site, and virtual)
- Prepare and manage expense reports and other financial documentation relating to the executives’ roles
- Compose and prepare correspondence that may be confidential
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executive team
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the executives’ offices and internal departments
- Build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manage a variety of special projects for the executive team
- Partner with the marketing team on tradeshows, vendor / client events, and other on- and off-site meetings
- Quarterly travel to out-of-state events
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion
- Handle other administrative duties as necessary

Requirements :

- Minimum of five years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in an equity-backed environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and staff
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer / client service and response.
