Job Description:

Your day to day:

  • Organize and maintain an always-shifting and extremely complex calendar using tact, integrity, and confidentiality. You will need to know how to schedule meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Understand business priorities, provide complex calendar management (Outlook), deliver operational excellence, and proactively anticipate and support the needs of our Senior Leaders.
  • Strategic approach to coordinating and scheduling meetings. Ensure requests have a clearly defined purpose and that time zone sensitivities are considered.
  • React with appropriate urgency to requests/situations requiring a quick turnaround and take effective action without knowing the whole picture.
  • Align with Senior Leaders on weekly priorities. Understand and help to execute our people and business priorities and processes.
  • Event organization and management of team on and off-site and team building activities.
  • Manage expenses and travel arrangements (domestic & international).
  • Process system approvals promptly.
  • Foster strong relationships and trust with Executive Assistants, Business Operations and key business partners across PayPal.

What do you need to bring:

  • 8+ years thriving as an executive assistant in a fast-paced, global environment, prioritizing leaders’ calendars with agility.
  • Masterful calendar management, including complex, global meetings.
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for seamless collaboration.
  • Initiative, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail – you confidently handle everything.
  • Strong communicator (written & verbal) and a team player.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver – you excel under pressure.
